Now you’ve improved your diet how about some Yoga or Pilates to strengthen your muscles and improve your overall health too?

Yoga is a fantastic way to improve flexibility, posture and muscle strength. Pilates too helps to tighten and lift muscles that may have been a little neglected as you go about your normal daily life.

We have teamed up with some suppliers here who stock resistance bands, yoga mats, exercise balls and even whole kits to help you get the best out of your yoga-pilates classes.

Whilst we would always recommend you seek expert tuition, especially when you are just starting out, there are some great books and DVD’s available to help motivate you and give guidance when you are honing your skills at home.
